Donald Trumps große Show

In 1972, Donald Trump is 26 years old and, unlike his brother Fred Jr., a tough businessman. However, he still struggles to step out of the shadow of his father, Fred Sr., a millionaire. Donald has a vision to build the largest hotel in New York as an architectural masterpiece made of glass. He manages to do so—despite resistance from the banks and his father—and turns the hotel into a huge success. The Trump Tower was the beginning of an unprecedented career. After marrying Ivana, the two enter the casino business in Atlantic City. However, while the Trumps' business ventures flourish, their personal life falls apart. A major turning point brings them close to ruin.
